All NAPD Classes will be cancelled when Frederick
Community College (FCC) is closed. However, when FCC has a delayed opening,
NAPD classes will be held on time. An announcement will also be placed on the
main NAPD phone greeting before 5:00 p.m. for classes that are to be held that
evening or the next morning.
